Trip Information

This beautiful mountain is located to the west of Everest region and southern part of Tashi Lapcha (Rolwaling region). There are two routes one is direct from Namche and another is from Rolwalling, if you prefer to go through Rolwaling, you have to cross Tashi Lapcha pass which could be adventurous trekking activity, but if you prefer to go from Namche then Pharchamo peak is one of the shortest trekking peak in terms of duration.

Phachamo peak is considered not so technical peak but crevasses on the route and windy could make more challenging. As other mountains, Pharchamo peak also offers beautiful mountain views of Cho Oyu, Amadablam, Thamserku and Kusum Kangaru.

Itinerary

Day 01: Welcome to Kathmandu, your arrival in Kathmandu
Day 02: Fly to Lukla and trek to Phakding (2,652m), about 3 – 4 hours walk
Day 03: From Phakding to Namche Bazaar (3,440 m), about 5 – 6 hours walk
Day 04: Rest day for acclimatization and exploration day at Namche Bazaar
Day 05: From Namche Bazzar to Thame (3,820m), about 3 – 4 hours walk
Day 06: From Thame to Thengpokharka ( 4,230m. ), about 4 – 5 hours walk
Day 07: From Thengpokharka to Ngole ( 5,100m. ), about 4 – 6 hours walk
Day 08: From Ngole to High Camp ( 5,640m. ) , about 3 – 4 hours walk
Day 09: From High Camp to Summit ( 6,178m. ) – Base Camp ( 5100m. ) , about 6 – 7 hours walk
Day 10: An extra day for summit
Day 11: From Base Camp to Thame ( 3,820m.) , about 4- 5 hours walk.
Day 12: From Thame to Namche (3,440m.) , about 2 – 3 hours walk
Day 13: From Namche Bazaar-Lukla (2,800m), about 6 – 8 hours walk
Day 14: Fly to Kathmandu
